A midnight canoe trip under the full moon is a wonderful experience when the river is calm! _______________________________________________________________________________________ Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement for 1740 Mouth of Silas Creek Ext., Lansing, NC Agreement includes but not limited to, Christy and Kelly rental cabin, recreational equipment and shuttle vehicles. Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner from and against any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by any person (including any tenant guests) as a result of any cause. Tenant shall not assign this agreement or sublet the premises in whole without written permission of owners. Additional Tenant Responsibilities Tenant must be twenty-four (24) years of age. Tenants accept all responsibility for all acts of children, guests, and visitors, as well as full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage which may occur. Tenant agrees to pay for any damage which includes, but is not limited to, the cabin, cabin contents, truck or recreational equipment. You damage or lose, you pay! Tenant agrees that the property will not be used or occupied by more than the maximum number of eight guests. This includes tenant, tenant family, (including children), and tenant guests. Absolutely NO CABIN PARTIES!! Grilling must be done on the south uncovered side of the porch. When burning fires in the fireplace, the screen MUST BE PLACED SECURELY IN FRONT OF THE FIREPLACE OPENING! ALL OUTSIDE FIRES MUST BE BURNED INSIDE THE ROCK FIRE RING PROVIDED!!! If an inoperable smoke or carbon monoxide detector is found, Tenant is required to contact the owner immediately. This agreement is legally binding. Your signature on this agreement or payment of money or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use this property for a vacation rental.
